The board of Grandbridge Ltd has been selected to create a balance of Australian and overseas Directors, providing access to capital and promote relationships across key target markets.
Mr David Breeze – Executive Director
David Breeze is a Corporate Finance Specialist with extensive experience in the stock broking industry and capital markets. He has been a corporate consultant to Daiwa Securities; was formerly Manager of Corporate Services for Eyres Reed McIntosh and the State Manager and Associate Director for the stock broking firm BNZ North’s.
David has a Bachelor of Economics and a Masters of Business Administration, and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Management, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors of Australia. He has published in the Journal of Securities Institute of Australia and has also acted as Independent Expert under the Corporations Act 2001. He has worked on the structuring, capital raising and public listing of over 70 companies involving in excess of $250M. These capital raisings covered a diverse range of areas including oil and gas, gold, food, manufacturing and technology.
David also holds Directorships in other listed entities including MEC Resources Ltd and BPH Energy Ltd.
Mr Charles Maling – Non-Executive Director
Mr Charles Maling has a BA with a major in anthropology and sociology with a media minor. He was previously with the Western Australian State Government in the Department of the Environment for twenty three years. His experience with the Department covered management and monitoring of environmental issues. He was formerly the Communications Officer for the Office of the Environmental Protection Authority with a responsibility for advising the Chairman of the EPA on media issues and has extensive experience in media relations.
Ms Maureen Peterson – Non-Executive Director
Ms Maureen Peterson is a finance specialist. Maureen has over thirty years’ experience in the finance industry commencing with Westpac Bank and has worked in a wide range of industries including transport, not for profit and marketing and communications
